Your TipsyTabs™ will arrive in discreet packaging with a return address labeled "Fulfillment Center" from Tennessee. The package will have no mention of GetTipsy™ on it.

We’re committed to making sure you receive your order in proper condition and on time. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we’re here to help - but there are a few important things to keep in mind:

Lost/ Damaged order policy:

If your order is damaged or lost in transit, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can investigate the issue and assist with a resolution. Please include your order number and any relevant details (such as photos of the damage, if applicable).

Claims after 14 days:

If more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date and you have not received your order, we are no longer able to file a claim on your behalf, or send a replacement. In that case, for lost packages, you will need to file a lost package claim directly with USPS.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday 8am-1pm central, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, it will be fulfilled same day, or next business day. After fulfillment, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier. For USPS shipments, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days after being handed over to the carrier.
